1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing castingclub.online, browsing community or informational pages, submitting forms, contacting us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or otherwise using CASTING CLUB resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and Child Safety policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

If you use CASTING CLUB on behalf of a production house, agency or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and “you” includes that organisation. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Material changes may be highlighted on the website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, paid features or partner programmes. In case of conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific terms control for that feature only.

2. Eligibility

CASTING CLUB is designed for entertainment professionals and aspirants who can lawfully enter contracts under applicable Indian law. You must be at least 18 years of age to submit enquiries and use our contact services without a guardian. Individuals under 18 may be the subject of an enquiry only where guardian consent and child-safety requirements are satisfied, and only for legitimate, lawful casting purposes as described in our Child Safety policy.

You represent that information you provide is accurate, that you are not barred from receiving services under Indian law, and that you will not use CASTING CLUB for unlawful, deceptive or exploitative purposes. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met, if verification fails, or if we reasonably believe your participation poses risk to the community, minors or the integrity of casting activity.

Casting directors, production houses and recruiters must have legitimate professional purpose for discussing opportunities and reviewing talent. Misrepresenting your role, company affiliation or casting authority is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Accounts

This website does not provide user account login, signup, profile dashboards or password-based access. castingclub.online is a business information and contact site. Visitors may browse public pages and contact CASTING CLUB by phone (7842046244), email (castingclub3@gmail.com) or WhatsApp for enquiries, partnerships and support.

If CASTING CLUB introduces account-based or other platform features in the future, those features will be disclosed clearly on this website together with any related terms. Until then, do not expect login, registration or online profile management on this site.

When you contact us, you agree to provide true, current and complete information relevant to your enquiry. You must not impersonate another person or organisation, or submit enquiries for unlawful or exploitative purposes. We may request additional verification for certain partnership or casting-related conversations, especially where minors or payments are involved.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use CASTING CLUB and related contact channels only for lawful, professional entertainment-industry purposes. You must comply with our Community Guidelines. Without limitation, you must not:

• Post or circulate fake auditions, fabricated casting calls, or misleading opportunity descriptions.
• Engage in spam, phishing, fraud, advance-fee schemes, or any scam targeting talent or recruiters.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or abuse any person.
• Upload or distribute adult sexual content, pornography, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Upload or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — which is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights or other intellectual property.
• Impersonate another person, brand, production house or casting professional.
• Submit repeated abusive or deceptive enquiries to evade bans or manipulate our team.
• Attempt to probe, scrape without authorisation, disrupt, or compromise security of systems.
• Use the network to solicit payments for guaranteed roles, “registration fees” that are actually scams, or other deceptive commercial practices.

Violations may result in content removal, refusal of further contact, reporting to authorities, and pursuit of legal remedies. CASTING CLUB is a professional community; treat others with respect and good faith.

5. Intellectual Property

The CASTING CLUB name, brand mark, logos, website design, text, graphics, compilation and original content on castingclub.online are owned by CASTING CLUB / Kantineni Prasanth or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from our brand assets or site content without prior written permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing or fair dealing permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks (including those of collaborators or production brands mentioned for informational purposes) remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to industry collaboration does not transfer ownership of either party’s marks.

Feedback you voluntarily provide about CASTING CLUB may be used by us to improve services without obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and share with us — such as headshots, showreels, résumé text and personal statements — subject to the licences needed to respond to your enquiry and operate the talent network. By submitting content to CASTING CLUB through our contact channels, you grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for technical formats, and use that content as needed to evaluate and respond to your enquiry and related community functions.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to share and licence the content, including permissions from co-owners, photographers (where required), and guardians for minors. You are solely responsible for content you provide. We may decline or remove content that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, Child Safety rules, or law, or that poses risk to users.

If you request removal of materials you previously shared, we will cease ordinary use where reasonably possible, but copies may persist in backups, audit logs, or with recipients who already obtained the content through legitimate casting workflows. Licence survival for residual operational copies is limited to those residual purposes.

7. Website Availability

We strive to keep CASTING CLUB’s public website and contact channels available, secure and useful. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability. Maintenance, upgrades, force majeure events, network failures, or security incidents may cause temporary unavailability or degraded performance.

Features may change as the talent network evolves. We may add, modify or discontinue informational pages, community tools or contact pathways. CASTING CLUB is not liable for losses arising solely from temporary downtime or feature changes, except to the extent non-excludable under applicable law.

You are responsible for obtaining compatible devices, browsers and Internet access. We may impose reasonable technical requirements for security and performance.

8. Termination

You may stop using CASTING CLUB at any time. You may also request that we cease contact or remove enquiry details where reasonably possible by emailing castingclub3@gmail.com. We may refuse further access or communication, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or related policies; if required by law; if your conduct harms users, minors or the network’s integrity; if we discontinue services; or if we reasonably suspect fraud, CSAM, or other severe abuse.

Upon termination of access, your right to use the services ceases. Provisions that by nature should survive — including intellectual property, content licences for residual copies, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution and jurisdiction — will survive termination. Termination does not limit our right to pursue investigations, report to law enforcement, or seek damages where warranted.

9. Payments

Basic community information on CASTING CLUB’s public website is generally accessible without payment. Contacting us for an enquiry is free. Optional paid features — if offered in the future — will be disclosed before purchase, including price, billing cycle and key inclusions. By completing a paid transaction, you authorise the applicable charges through the designated payment provider.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all fees when due. Taxes may apply as required by Indian law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features. Promotional credits, if any, have no cash value unless required by law and may expire as stated in the offer.

CASTING CLUB does not guarantee employment, casting selection, or income as a result of any payment. Payments are for access to disclosed digital features or services, not for a promised role.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific paid feature (if any), applicable consumer protection law, and the disclosures presented at checkout. Where a refund policy is stated for a particular product, that policy controls. Generally, fees for digital services already consumed or custom work already delivered may be non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or where we determine a service failure attributable to us warrants goodwill adjustment.

To request a refund review, email castingclub3@gmail.com with your transaction reference and reason. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may delay resolution; we reserve the right to present evidence of service delivery. Fraudulent payment activity may lead to refusal of further service and legal action.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CASTING CLUB, its owner Kantineni Prasanth, and their respective agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities; or damages arising from casting outcomes, third-party conduct, user-generated content, or temporary website interruptions.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to CASTING CLUB for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 5,000, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful, or for fraud or other liabilities that cannot be limited under Indian law. You acknowledge that casting involves independent decisions by third parties and that CASTING CLUB is a network and community facilitator, not an employer or guarantor of roles.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that opportunities described on this site are authentic in every case, that you will be selected for any role, or that communications from other users or third parties are trustworthy. Always exercise professional caution: never pay unverified “casting fees,” never share OTPs or passwords, and report suspected scams promptly.

Informational content on CASTING CLUB’s public pages is for general guidance and community education. It is not legal, financial or career advice. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party sites.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. By using the services, you consent to processing consistent with that Policy and applicable law, including processing necessary to respond to enquiries submitted by phone, email or WhatsApp. Safety-related processing and law-enforcement cooperation may occur as described in our Child Safety and Privacy documents.

14. Disputes

If a dispute arises between you and CASTING CLUB, you agree to first contact us at castingclub3@gmail.com and attempt good-faith informal resolution for at least thirty (30) days. Many issues can be resolved through clarification of enquiry status, billing or content moderation decisions.

Disputes between users (for example talent and a casting poster) should primarily be addressed between those parties. CASTING CLUB may, at its discretion, mediate or take enforcement action under Community Guidelines but is not obligated to resolve private commercial disputes and is not a party to casting contracts unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved under the governing law and jurisdiction clauses below. You agree that any claim must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding, to the extent such waiver is enforceable under applicable law.

15. Indian Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India (or other competent courts as required by law) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CASTING CLUB.

You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CASTING CLUB regarding the subject matter, superseding prior conflicting understandings, except for separate written contracts expressly signed for specific engagements.
